I needed help cleaning up and restoring floor to ceiling travertine tile in 2 bathrooms and had a great experience with NuvoClean. Dave came by for a site visit to assess scope - he was a clear and calm communicator, and promptly followed up with a quote. He was quick to book the appointment once I was ready to proceed. Kalvin performed the work - he was tidy, focused, and professional. And I’m elated with the final results!!
They have guys stand and take spots so their cars can park at Burrard downtown. Extremely unprofessional
Home Owners beware! I booked a service for tile cleaning and grout restoration for my kitchen, and two bathrooms. Dave Marryatt (operations manager) came out to site and made an estimate. We then had to book a month or so in advance. On the day that the technician was supposed to come to my home, the technician called in sick. Dave sent me and email to let me know that the tech wouldn’t make it. I waited until 9:15 am (told that they would be at my home between 8-9) before calling Nuvo clean to find out this information. - H... read more

BUYER BEWARE. This place is unreliable and potential SCAM. They will take your money/deposit and no show to the appointments. Then when you contact them to get your money back after they have cancelled multiple times they block and screen your calls. Do not give them any money in advance and better yet GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. Save yourself the headache of having to make a fraud claim and police file.
