I am a patient at Puri Pulmonology. Frances has been advocating for me recently. I really didn’t know I needed her until we started talking. I had problems with my order for a new Autopap machine. She got on the phone with them and put a light in their fire. Anything I need, she will find a way to get it done. She is a sweet soul, and I look forward to our visits! I have to give her a ten out of ten!
Frances is caring and very attentive. When I became ill, she contacted the doctor and got my antibiotics called to the drug store. She called daily (I was shocked) to assure I was getting better. She is definitely a keeper! A Scott
