I am extremely disappointed in the response I received after I needed a fix to a shellac manicure. I stopped in to explain and get an appt for the fix and was given one by the manager. When I returned she explained that the owner had seen my nails and that all they could do was discount the service 15%. The owner did not look at my nails... I have never had a salon not be willing to fix a mistake for no charge. I will not be back!
