My wife did this program and lost the 20 pounds by the skin of her teeth... communication was very delayed (her coach doesn't answer calls only text or email... and usually took a few hours to respond)... a major problem when your eating options are so limited and you are starving... you would think that for the exorbitant pricing you would get white glove service.... also the only thing that's personalized in this program is the supplements.. the diet plan is completely standardized and did not work at all for my wife.
