The doctor was very kind and professional, and I was happy with the consult. However, the reception experience was very disappointing. One of the receptionists became quite confrontational and seemed angry when I pointed out that the website clearly states pediatric patients and pensioners are bulk billed. I am 15 and have a pension card, yet I was still charged and had to call my mum to help me pay. It’s very misleading to advertise this and then deny it at the appointment, especially to a minor.
