I am new to my suburb and based on very good review online, I chose Nuvo as my GP clinic. Dr. Brian Ng was on duty. From appointment booking to getting specialist referral from Dr. Ng, I have been more than satisfied. Fern managing the reception was polite and caring. Dr. Ng saw me at the appointment time, no waiting, and being first time consultation, he spent almost an hour patiently going over my needs and personally making a number of calls trying to fix a specialist appointment for me. Always kind and professional service here. The doctors and nurses are kind and courteous and the ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and supportive. Would recommend them all for great service.
