Extremely expensive appointment ($320) with limited clarity or support. I left feeling confused and more stressed rather than helped. Transparency around fees and process was lacking. I would not return.
Dr NG has been a fantastic doctor, helping me with many issues over the years from mental health to allergies to workers comp and more. The staff at the practice are very friendly. Please note they don't (currently) provide bulk billing.
The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. I feel that I’m being treated very professionally in all aspects. So happy to recommend this practice to all.
Lovely staff at reception and especially Dr Geoffrey, he is the most lovely caring family doctor we could wish for, lovely new renovation, was in and out of my appointment on time.
