Awful place to live. The A/C barely worked most of the time we were there. The security is extremely rude and useless — they don't keep anyone safe and just cause trouble for residents. It's not a safe place to stay. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Well maintained building steps away from the Kipling Mobility Hub (TTC subway, GO Train and Mi-Way). Amenities are great, including recently renovated party room and parcel room.
Bad delivery service, expect to come down to lobby and sign ur delivery immediately. Won’t hold the oversized package for u.
The delivery service is awful.
