I lived here for 2 years. Goods: Near Kipling station and go bus stop. We never had any hot water issue or AC issues. Fire alarms Just happened 3–4 times in two years. Which is Reasonable actually. Cons: The building is a little bit old so amenities as well as appliances are old The train is a constant noise. It's not like terrible, but sleeping without ear bugs is impossible for me. Awful place to live. The A/C barely worked most of the time we were there. The security is extremely rude and useless — they don't keep anyone safe and just cause trouble for residents. It's not a safe place to stay. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Well maintained building steps away from the Kipling Mobility Hub (TTC subway, GO Train and Mi-Way). Amenities are great, including recently renovated party room and parcel room.
Bad delivery service, expect to come down to lobby and sign ur delivery immediately. Won’t hold the oversized package for u.
