Memory Care Facility - DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! Do not be taken in by the new and nice appearance of this facility. It is horribly run and completely under staffed by totally inept management and staffed with lazy nurse, technicians and front desk receptionists. Sadly, my father passed within 3 months of being moved here, and I am certain that their negligence was partly to blame. He was hardly ever changed and got a UTI. My experience with this community was beyond disappointing — it was deeply concerning. The level of care did not meet the expectations that were presented, and I did not feel residents were receiving the attention and oversight they deserve. Five stars!! I can’t say enough good things about this community. Luxe Senior Living is under new management and has made amazing changes. The care is exceptional, the food is delicious and the activities are awesome! If you’re looking for a senior living community for your loved one, this is the place to go to!
The Luxe Assisted Living Facility in Jupiter has become home for my family! The staff are caring and kind and engaging. The amenities are plentiful and the daily activities keep the residents hopping! Highly recommend a visit!
