We had a great experience with Sherri at the NuVista Homes showhome in Dawson’s Landing. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything without any pressure. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. We would highly recommend visiting this showhome and working with Sherri!
To anyone considering NuVista: please read this before you buy. We began our build in summer 2023 after receiving devastating news that my father had been diagnosed with ALS. During selections and construction, NuVista initially showed compassion and worked with us to make our home accessible — credit to Sherri and Richard for that. Terrible service especially the “warranty” team. Get ready for delays, communication issues and excuses upon excuses on why work can’t get done or fixed. Not to mention the contractors that simply say “that wasn’t part of what we came to fix” not addressing the key issues. Avoid at all costs - these guys are great at making that sale but will delay your possession and you’ll find things falling apart in the few months after possession with them claiming it’s “normal”
