Don’t recommend buying from a company that has 0 class and workmen ship absolutely garbage
We purchased a home from NuVista Homes with a possession date in our sales contract of October 8, 2025. There were no changes or delays on our end, yet we did not receive possession until March 19, 2026. During that entire period, communication was almost nonexistent unless we repeatedly followed up ourselves through numerous emails. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop after possession.
