This is a long-overdue review. While I am not a customer of this builder and cannot speak to their construction quality, I feel compelled to warn potential buyers about their workers' unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for neighbors. Blocking Access with Construction Equipment: Six months ago, their excavator was parked in my backyard, blocking my path home. When I complained to their sales office, the staff dismissed me by saying they were "new" and told me to contact the main office myself-an unacceptable response... read more
We absolutely love our home! Our experience with the buying process was great. Our questions were always answered. The quality of construction is excellent! Highly recommend this builder!
Try and FIND a different builder. The problems you'll encounter before a year end are unimaginable. Sales team are savy liars. Steer clear and save your hard earned money elsewhere. My whole block has had so many issues including my home. And getting them to correct those issues is terrible. If you do choose to go with them. Hold your money until everything is complete. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY & BEST WARRANTY SERVICES PROVIDED AFTER POSSESSION: After visiting Harmony a couple of times we postponed the idea of buying a home in Harmony as Sales People were not ready to talk unless you have a certain budget limits. Simply put this, without Peter we would not have bought this home ! We worked with Peter (Excellent Sales Person !) in Harmony to build a custom single-family detached home.
