If I could give zero stars I would The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. From the sales process to six months of living here, it has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. They promised 1-month, 5-month, and 1-year walkthroughs, but the issues raised in the very first walkthrough still haven’t been fixed. This is a long-overdue review. While I am not a customer of this builder and cannot speak to their construction quality, I feel compelled to warn potential buyers about their workers' unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for neighbors. Blocking Access with Construction Equipment: Six months ago, their excavator was parked in my backyard, blocking my path home. We absolutely love our home! Our experience with the buying process was great. Our questions were always answered. The quality of construction is excellent! Highly recommend this builder!
Try and FIND a different builder. The problems you'll encounter before a year end are unimaginable. Sales team are savy liars. Steer clear and save your hard earned money elsewhere. My whole block has had so many issues including my home. And getting them to correct those issues is terrible. If you do choose to go with them. Hold your money until everything is complete.
