We were told that our replacement windows would be ordered and installed in 90 days. We still had no windows after 120 days, but told that our windows were in storage. After 180 days Mike Dreyer asked if he could come over and remeasure our windows because he was working with a new manufacturer and new installers. This proves that our windows were never ordered, so I asked for our $7,000 deposit back. Again we were promised that we would have our money back in 30 days, that was over 100 days ago.
