Great interest rates
Always a long line. Because this branch is not no open during the week, only on Tuesday and Thursday. The ATM machine doesn’t work while they are closed. We have 60,000 population surrounded this branch that isn’t working for us. More people would use this branch if they opened up with more days.
I’ve always had top notch service from this branch. Everyone is super welcoming and helpful here. Branch is restricted however in some service which forces me to drive to Ling Beach sometimes but that’s not the fault of the branch employees. Shorten hold times waiting for customer service!!
Good customer service in person but really hard to get anything done unless you are at the branch physically. Most of the time, call doesn't get returned.
Perfect location with a friendly, helpful staff who really care about those they serve.
