The team of guys here are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always greet me and help with my banking concerns. It is nice to be a member at a place that seems to care about their customers.
17th Street Nuvision Federal Credit Union Costa Mesa has one of the best professional team ever. Under the Tess the Manager her team with Jimmy and Itsy provides the best banking service! They are warm, very inviting, makes customers feel valued and expert advice given is clear and helpful. They are all very generous with their smiles. Nice people but have 0 idea what they're talking about.... refinanced my car with them without full coverage and wasn't even informed that I needed it! Now I'm being charged $200 and EXTRA every month because of them. Once they sign you up they'll ignore your calls, super unprofessional
