Exceptional service: they take pride helping their menbers.
Due to short staffing the lines were longer than normal. My impatience of course did not help matters. The staff at Wasilla Nuvision were considerate and empathetic, and I left with a positive expierence from there excellent customer service. I want to also thank the branch manager for reaching out to me after the fact. A very professional and customer service oriented team at that location :)
Good rates, however if you need to get ahold of anyone in the wasilla branch leave messages they are very good at responding, if doing a loan ask gor marie!
What a poor experience and a waste of my time. In the Wasilla, Alaska branch it took an hour and twenty-five minutes to sell my car to an individual that banked there. We sat there for a full sixty(60) minutes as an employee typed on her computer generating paperwork and/or inputting data for someone else to approve, while two other employees would occasionally looked over her shoulder.
