I bank with them, but I dont trust them.
I don't like Nu Vision as well as Denali, whom they bought out. However, in Wasilla, I always get personal service from Caleb or Monica when I come in. That being said, the new telephone system that they've installed to replace the old one is inefficient and doesn't address the issues I have. I wish they would stop trying to replace people with machines, it's not working.
Worst bank in Alaska
I’ve been with this institution for many years and they have always provided good service. However, I recently was purchasing a new vehicle and was dealing with dishonesty from the dealers finance department. Monica at the Wasilla branch went above and beyond so I could complete this transaction as I intended. She held conference calls with myself and the dealership and even came in on her day off to ensure everything was completed and ready to go. Thank you so much!
Call center is in CA & don't pick up phones. Branch employees uninformed. Do not use the Wasilla branch. Terrible.
