Thank God there are people in this world like Jennifer and Olivia at the Lakewood office. These two ladies have been there for years and have displayed extreme professionalism and have provided a few laughs when needed. I am absolutely appalled by the level of customer service at Nuvision Credit Union. I spent FOUR HOURS on hold today — only to be hung up on without ever speaking to a single representative. That is completely unacceptable. I have an account with Nuvision but cannot access it because I do not know my username or password. To reset the password, I need the username. I tried emailing for help, knowing that their phone service is notoriously bad, but the only response I got was that I need to call customer service. So I’m stuck... read more

Always have had top notch service in person here even though I was having a labor intensive service. Obtaining a new debit card. Nuvision has a SERIOUS problem with their phone customer service. Every time I call which is often for various issues, the waiting queue is at least 15-20 minutes long and sometimes up to 45 minutes or even longer.
