Every time I’ve made an appointment to come in, the person I’ve made the appointment with did not come in to work that day. When making an appointment, I have to pick someone. It doesn’t make any sense. Then I sit in the lobby for 15 minutes past my appointment time until someone notices. I get help with what I need each time, but it takes far longer than is necessary with the added waiting.
