Sultan abasi was very unprofessional. Very difficult to deal with had to speak to someone else when I was at the location trying to do a simple transaction
The most complicated system of paying I have ever experienced! I will NEVER be doing business with NuVision again once my loan is paid off (which will thankfully be very soon!). I don't know who they have in their design team, but they need to learn the term "user-friendly". Add to that, their hold times are ridiculously long...yep, I'm done!
I have been a customer with this bank since around 2020. I have called at least 10x or more over the years. Not once have I ever been able to speak with anyone. No matter how long you wait. This is the worst banking institution I have ever experienced. Use someone else!!!!
worst service I have my truck loan through these guys can not get hold of them and they doubled my loan after transfer, I have contacted the Ford dealer and let them know what has transpired throe NuVision Credit Union worst bank ever
