I have been a customer with this bank since around 2020. I have called at least 10x or more over the years. Not once have I ever been able to speak with anyone. No matter how long you wait. This is the worst banking institution I have ever experienced. Use someone else!!!!

Thank you to Omar for his go-to attitude and customer support everytime we utilize his support and expertise. He is the reason why we have not left this credit union after 30 some odd years of being members. The call centers are useless but Omar is always there!
