phone number was changed tried to get my new phone set up to make a payment for my truck and was asked so many questions and then told me my answers were red flags and hung up on me after waiting over an hour and answering 20 questions to prove it was me. I just want to be able to make a phone payment so I don't have to pay $15 to make a payment on the phone. This place is horrible to work with.
Opened a CD - deposited $2,500 that was immediately taken from my account - tried to finish application but then suddenly they required I open two more accounts. What? Nope. I immediately emailed them - they said I had to call them to get my money back. Called them - they have no record of me. The money is out of my account. Sultan abasi was very unprofessional. Very difficult to deal with had to speak to someone else when I was at the location trying to do a simple transaction
The most complicated system of paying I have ever experienced! I will NEVER be doing business with NuVision again once my loan is paid off (which will thankfully be very soon!). I don't know who they have in their design team, but they need to learn the term "user-friendly". Add to that, their hold times are ridiculously long...yep, I'm done!
I have been a customer with this bank since around 2020. I have called at least 10x or more over the years. Not once have I ever been able to speak with anyone. No matter how long you wait. This is the worst banking institution I have ever experienced. Use someone else!!!!
