Nu Vision Auto Glass stole my sun pass transponder. Don't use them !!!!!!!!!
Terrible customer service. The sales guy and installer were great however the customer service was a nightmare to deal with. They scheduled an appointment and did not keep it. After 6 phone calls I finally was able to speak to someone and they never scheduled the re calibration on my 2 vehicles.
This is my 3rd replacement. I have to say Jori and Vanessa are the reasons I keep coming back.. I can make 1 call to them for the claim and the rest is just taken care of.. thank you Vanessa and Jori for the amazing customer service and Jori for an amazing installation..
It’s such a bad company to work with...Talk to one of the sales person and give the business to change the windshield...Very next morning technician reached with wrong glass and stated that they got the wrong information from the company people and now we have your vin number n we will reach you with the right one. Worst company ever. Its been 8 weeks, they have installed a total of 4 windshields and then cant calibrate it. Broke things on my car. The last installer asked me who did my last windshield install?? Guess what, it was NUvision. Zero customer service. Horrible experience that im still dealing with. No manager, no owner responsibility. Total scam company. Preparing to take legal action!
