This place messed my 2023 vehicle up and isn’t planning on fixing it so I’m taking legal actions. Pat Maison, lied to the dealer saying NuVision was gonna pay for the calibration they DIDNT do on my truck. and had me waiting at the dealer for 4 hours. She didn’t respond at all. When I called, they lied and said she’s not available today. But the dealer called and talked to her. I was sitting next to him. So far. They have lied, and haven’t taken care of what they supposed to.
I would like to thank Frantz and Dominique for their professionalism patience and customer service I also want to give a special thanks to Brett for his customer service and the issue that I had with my coupon and he worked everything out thank you for the great customer service to everyone😊😊😊😊😊😊
