Horrible!!!!! Long story but it took them 5 months to “fix” my mower-April- Aug. I never got to use it last year. I spent thousands on mowing because they dragged their feet for months. Mower was still not fixed. It kept going dead while it was out mowing and would not engage charging station when docking. I couldn’t get it to charge because docking station bad they sold me. Battery was bad too. They also didn’t wire my yard right and mower kept hitting metal piece in yard and it broke the cutting mechanism. I have s... read more
Nu View is the worst! They don’t care about their customers! They worked on my automower three years ago and it’s never run right since. I was told the mower needed repairs I don’t think I needed. They out used parts in without asking me. Last summer I called them in April 4 requesting service. Finally someone came out and said I needed all new wiring. There’s a lot more to the story but after May many phine calls and texts they finally installed the wire. They didn’t go around the trees or a metal flower bed. They ... read more
