STAY AWAY. Incompetent staff that mishandles your account! Incorrect postings, bad customer service, no follow through with requests, etc. You have to continuously call for corrections. When I requested a transfer to close my IRA account, they took almost two weeks to complete the request for my MONEY to be transferred to another reputable company. It was done when I threaten to report them to the government for mishandling the account and stalling to release my funds. Terrible company both Nuview and now Inspira. Stay away.

Changed to inspira and immediately stopped answering the phones. To make things more fun, when you call, it says 2 minute wait but will leave you holding 2 hours if need be without picking up. Like most companies now days, this one went to hell too.
It’s a pleasure dealing with all the staff members at NuView. They are personable and extremely knowledgeable.
