Great experience working with Rob and Henry to support in-depth surveillance needs. They are always right there to help when we need them. The NUVICO cameras are very durable, easy to install and of high quality. These are industrial grade cameras, second to none. We have Nuvico NVR's installed for church's, municipalities, doctors office, business and industry. The remote APP is very easy to install on your phone. They do not support their products. Terrible customer service.
Called in for support and they began asking questions to mine my data. They asked for my address, email, etc. Companies do this to sell your information when the company gets sold. Rep was of no help telling my my product was discontinued. Owell.
