UPDATE: I was contacted by email to resolve this issue!! I will keep updating as this progress’s! This is only ONE picture of our house! When we told the company they sent someone out here who took pictures of this as well as multiple other spots and replied that this is just normal wear and tear for a house less then 3 years old ! This is unacceptable and I would stay AWAY from this company all together ! In fact.. I would screen shot this and send to your friends to warn them! BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE We purchased our Nuvelle flooring (titan collection in Malibar color) through a major distributor and was installed by our builder before we moved in 3 years ago. We were so excited as the flooring appeared beautiful and was touted as a great option for families as it is LVP. However, 3 years of the home being lived and we have found cracks, chips, gouges, and areas where the flooring is generally just falling apart with it getting worse and worse. This is not a store, its is their storage. I’m sure their flooring products are amazing, but don’t go there hoping to see their selection as I did. Why give great products review on a GPS app if it just attracts people to a storage???
