Terrible service. Complete lack of regard for clients. Received a letter from our home owner insurance underwriter, Federated National in which they said our home had been "randomly selected" for a "complimentary 4 point inspection". I called Nuvantage and asked if we really needed another home inspection after just having an inspection done by Federated just over 2 years previously when we switched from Citizens to Federated.
