Excellent Doctor, Unacceptable and Surprising "Facility Fee" Billing My cardiologist was truly exceptional, providing expert care. However, I will no longer use Nuvance due to unacceptable surprise billing. Potential patients must be aware of this office’s billing practices, which are a direct consequence of its affiliation with the hospital system. If every doctors office had a medical staff and knowledge this one does, the world we be filled with feeling like you matter and worth the best possible care. I was admitted to the hospital last month having a heart attack. I specifically went to St Luke’s because I knew these Drs covered there). As expected, the knowledge, bedside manner, and listening skills were beyond a rating. I know I was in good hands (and Gods hands), so I didn’t worry when they told me I needed heart surgery. I'm having heart problems and I have to wait 4 months to see the heart doctor I've had for a decade because Nuisance owns it now, and they are "here for us"? And when I question it the girl on the phone says "this isn't a redi-care.... Because you might as well hurl an insult at me? I'm going to miss Dr Respass, best doctor I ever had. Avoid nuisance health.
