I had a confirmed appointment at 4pm on Tuesday 7/28 and when I got there the receptionist said it was changed to Thursday 7/30 . This without my knowledge or authorization. We have work schedules and commitments . I don’t understand how this happens and we are left to be embarrassed in the waiting room by someone who really didnt really care
Excellent Doctor, Unacceptable and Surprising "Facility Fee" Billing My cardiologist was truly exceptional, providing expert care. However, I will no longer use Nuvance due to unacceptable surprise billing. Potential patients must be aware of this office’s billing practices, which are a direct consequence of its affiliation with the hospital system.
