Spent hours waiting in spite of having made an appointment. Next time I will go to Emergency One.
Had an appointment scheduled. Front desk lady was rude! Asked someone across the room what they were coming in for… um… is hipaa not a thing? And she asked me super loud what I was coming in for and I said let’s just tell the whole office because she kept having me repeat myself.
