Dr. Ionescu is a truly outstanding family doctor. Her wide-ranging knowledge, diagnosing skill, experience, attentiveness, and kindness are as good as it gets. Plus, she has a great sense of humor, which contributes to the terrific care she provides. Can't say enough great things about Dr. Ruszkowski. This review is indicative of the office staff. Between not returning calls on multiple occasions, not sending telehealth links (as promised during patient pre-check), and waiting until after a scheduled appointment time comes and goes to ask if I can switch my appointment is unacceptable. Patients shouldn't have to hunt an office down for help.
