I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The person who answered my call was rude and showing no patience or professionalism. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.
Each time I visit this office I am greeted immediately and professionally. The office and entire practice are run like a well oiled machine. Each person works hard to make your visit a positive experience and the follow up with test results is also incredibly efficient. Five stars ⭐️
I had a terrible experience with this office. The staff here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every time I call, I'm met with attitude and a lack of clear communication. One staff member even gave me a diagnosis in a rude and insensitive manner, which others could overhear. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I’ll be finding a new primary care office as soon as possible.
I needed a new primary care doctor and found Nuvance Health. Everyone there is really nice, helpful, and friendly. I love Dr. Alexandra Shieber (my new doctor)! She took the time to get to know me and my health history, gave great recommendations, feedback, support, and is kind (something I value in a doctor). Thank you all so much.
I have been a patient here for several years. Mary, Eric and Dr. Patel are amazing people who really care and make sure you get the best care.
