I needed a new primary care doctor after moving to the area and was skeptical about trying this office after reading the reviews. However, I couldn’t be happier that I chose to make an appointment here. I can highly recommend Dr Groves she listened and instantly put me at ease. Mary on the front desk and the nurse and phlebotomist were also very friendly and polite!
The front desk lady was disrespectful, always calling in the morning to bother me. She hung up the phone in my face after I asked for prescriptions. Paying so much money for a visit just to be treated like trash. Don’t spend your money there!
Highly love the doctors and staff behind the front desk. The front desk have always been so disrespectful . Every time I call, I'm am met with attitude and a lack of clear communication. Should definitely look for a chance in personal. The doctors are amazing and assistant very professional and straight to the point. But front desk girls hate there jobs.

Very difficult to call the office the receptionist has you on hold for a long time, poor service.
