My experience at this office has been terrible. First I needed a prescription for my lip months ago and had such a hard time getting the prescription. This caused me such stress. I finally after days received the prescription and then it was only for 3 pills which I usually received much more. I then called and complained . They finally gave me a prescription for one more. Incompetence, unprofessional, worste experience I have ever had at a medical office. There might as well be 5 year old kids working at this place bc they might give a crap more. Complete waste of time, I highly advise not to come here
I love providers Zarcone and Ranaletta, however the operations that occur not so much. Here is why, you call and are placed on hold and when you speak they don’t listen enough to nature of call. I call to ask to speak to my provider at whatever moment they are free because of the frustration of medication authorization! Myself and pharmacy call and it takes a month or more with no reply as to what the status is. I had an appointment yesterday July 24, 2025 with Dr. Karl Ng he is wonderful and very informative and takes the time to listen to your needs the staff is amazing and please share this This is a hidden GEM in Mahopac for Care and Cares for Patients and you will be treated wonderfully!
