I have never had to wait for an appointment once I’m there. The staff is so nice. I can’t say enough. Nice things about everyone there.
Had appointment. Was told at check in would be a little wait. They only had 1 doctor 1 nurse on staff. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours past appointment before finally getting in to be seen. Did not care for nurse personality.
Shantala Sonnad is my PCP, and she is great! I feel she really cares about her patients and gives them the time, care, and expertise that they deserve.
If I could leave zero stars I would! Health Quest has complete disregard for employee and patient safety. They have active Covid positive People working in the building and have yet to close down. They disregarded employees symptoms and sent them home without testing to infect their families and friends without a care in the world. Complete negligence! Avoid going to this provider for your own safety, they do not care about anything but $$$$. Shame on you! The department of health and department of labor has been contacted!
