Trying to schedule an appointment here is extremely frustrating. The online booking system rarely works, and calling the office is just as difficult. Even when there are only a few callers ahead in the queue, I’ve waited 45 minutes or longer without anyone answering the phone. This is the second time that I had had to come to the office in person to deliver the message for medicine refill to the doctor, while being on hold with the answering machine for almost an hour. This has been going on for months… this location truly has poor service !!!
Trying to make an appointment is nearly impossible. Cannot book online because it NEVER works, and when you call the office to make an appointment, it will take an hour or so to get anyone to answer the phones, that’s if you’re lucky and if you don’t give up the wait. This has been an ongoing problem for quite some time now but no one seems to care, so you either have to wait and listen to the loud obnoxious “hold” music on the phone, or just give up.
The doctors here are excellent. However, getting in touch with absolutely anyone at this office is next to impossible. I have had multiple instances of being on hold in excess of an hour and ultimately giving up because nobody ever answers the phone. It’s honestly a shame- it’s not the office staff’s fault, they are doing the best they can. They just can not handle the volume of calls coming in. The doctors here get a 5. The ability to get in touch with anyone, for anything, ever, gets a solid 1. Hire more staff!
