I call this morning to see if I can get an appointment for a lower back pain they told me is not available for today ,girl said nurse is going to call me when call me she have an acctituded,she said I was supposed going for bone test something like that,I said if Dr can see because appointment going to take time to have one,and I don't want to be in pain for week or weeks until the appointment for the bone,she said is going to send me the Dr number for the bone test and somebody going to call to see what happened with the ba... read more

Today I attempted to get advice after contracting covid a week ago and speaking with an NP. I woke up with new symptoms and was scared so I called in to the office to find out the following. THe NP was unavailable and booked till next week and this is a Wednesday. THe primary care physician called out and basically the team in charge was the gang of incompetent. My name is Kathleen Lane. I had a follow up visit today 10/15 with Michelle Moore,APRN. I have to say i have never been so poorly treated both medically and personally in all of my years attending this practice. I originally saw Ms. Moore on Friday, 10/11. She was a Practioner of few words, although they were at least helpful, so i thought. Very Unprofessional. Workers are wearing sweatshirts with designs on them instead of scrubs and blowing bubbles with bubble gum while taking blood. I will not return to this facility. It felt very unsanitary and not like a professional medical practice at all.
