I had my first appointment here today. First the receptionist(I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was very nice. Then my nurse was JJ and she was awesome and had me laughing. Skyler Vansteemburg listened to all my concerns and didn't rush me at all. Matt did my exam and he was very gentle. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I am 59 and this was the absolute best gynecology visit I've ever had! Thank you to all of you!

The doctors are great, but for 3 years now every time I try to schedule an appointment (routine or emergency) the reception staff is incredibly unprofessional. Between being told I’m not having an emergency by the on-call receptionist and refusing to pass my information along to the provider to another receptionist accessing my medical imaging without my consent or even permission from her own facility and then giving me her own opinions on how much pain I should or shouldn’t be in. Delivering here is such a wonderful experience I have traveled an hour and a half each way for it, for all 3 babies. They are absolutely loving, genuine, charming and such a pleasure to be around.

Blatant sexism and discrimination in care. I reached out to this practice to make an appointment when I was 7 weeks pregnant. They told me that I needed to have my records faxed over and that a doctor would review and “approve” me in a few days. I had my records faxed over. I called a week later and they hadn’t received anything. Ok… so I had them faxed over again. Instead of taking a few days to review, it took over 2 weeks. No one ever called me as promised. Excellent experience giving birth here with wonderful caring and informed midwives, doctors, and nurses. Excellent prenatal education provided and post-natal care. My only critique is that the center could improve their scheduling system as it often caused confusion and/or frustration and there is some disconnect between the amazing providers and the admin staff.
