My doctor here retired, and oh boy it has gone down hill since. I won’t speak of the doctors. Accept that one scheduled me for surgery to only find out she was looking at the wrong test results. The office itself is a joke. They do not return phone calls. And getting an appointment is extremely difficult.

The doctors and staff at Nuvance Obgyn Fishkill, Highland, Poughkeepsie are fantastic, so this review is not of them. The scheduling and phone system is horrible, and probably causes many people to not get proper care. You can play phone tag for a week at times. Hire a receptionist, give nurses time to speak to patients. These outsources systems are hurting people. Now to request copies of records, we have to go through another third party system, Pocket Health, and do all sorts of admin work in order to access our own recor... read more

Do not ever go see Lindsay Athans. She is the worst doctor I have ever had in my life. She is destroyed my whole life and I don’t know how I will ever fix it. Not that I want to give out my business, but I am on mental health medication’s -many of them. Doctor did not even review Them obviously. I was on the new Ring for 13 years and then she Decides to take me off To see if I’m going through menopause when I am only 41. This doctor did not warn me that it could cause mental health issues. Deeply Disappointed With Nuvance Health at Vassar Gynecology I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and communication at Nuvance Health (Vassar GYN). We drove one hour for a scheduled appointment, only to be told—on arrival—that they had supposedly left a voicemail canceling it a month ago. Good luck trying to get an appointment with the OBGYN. Every time you call they say they do not have the schedule and to try another day/week/month. I called every week for two months and finally when they had the schedule available it was already filled. Have always had issues with Nuvance but liked Dr.Sood, when I was able to get an actual appointment. It is time to start looking for a new obgyn hopefully one that can see me in this year. Good luck, Nuvance is the worst with scheduling and billing!!!!
