In the past 5months that I’ve been coming here every single doctor/midwife I have met with has been beyond amazing.
I had to share my experience based on all the reviews posted. My experience was phenomenal. I was taken right at my appointment time and the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The nurse was so sweet and didn’t make me feel rushed, but the real star was Dr Kathleen McGinnis. I have never felt so comfortable during a gyn visit. She was so personal and made me feel like I can trust her. She spoke to me before the exam to get my info and find out about me and ease my concerns. The OBGYN office has awful customer/patient care. The doctor/provider on call didn't call me back after several calls to the call center. It was nearly impossible to speak with someone regarding my issues even during normal business hours. I literally physically went there to have a nurse speak with me.
Allison Roof is a wonderful midwife. She is so kind, takes her time explaining everything and doesn’t rush you at all during the prenatal appointments, and also makes sure ALL of your questions are answered. I highly recommend her. Not once did I feel like she was annoyed with any of my questions that I had even though I was very forgetful because of the pregnancy brain.
