Had a great experience with my provider, Lindsay Athens along with the Nurse, Ultrasound Tech and the Front Desk Receptionist. My frustration comes with the phone system. I used to love that when I called this office someone would answer the phone and be able to help me right away. Now, however, whenever I call, I get an answering service and then have to wait days for a call back for something as simple as making a follow up appointment. I had to share my experience based on all the reviews posted. My experience was phenomenal. I was taken right at my appointment time and the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The nurse was so sweet and didn’t make me feel rushed, but the real star was Dr Kathleen McGinnis. I have never felt so comfortable during a gyn visit. She was so personal and made me feel like I can trust her. She spoke to me before the exam to get my info and find out about me and ease my concerns. How about you answer the phones???? 8 days no call back after 8 calls? Poor communication as they tell you your apt is at 2 and you have to leave the room to see what time you will be seen. I wasn't waiting anymore 230 without the dr. Sorry my time is as important as everyone else's. Terrible. Don't bring on provider's that stay in with someone Over the someone else's time and not have communication from anyone as to the delay. Lindsey Athens is the np to avoid. Waste of time

Rude front desk wow. They are horrific. Please fire and hire new front desk. It’s not right to have such rude people interacting with pregnant women going to the doctor
