I am only leaving 1 star for the receptionist and for the nurse, doctor allen… or whatever her name was, i was more focused on how upset she made me that i didnt even pay attention to her name. Little confused with their scheduling system. I’ve been coming here over 10 years, always see Dr. Lucal who I love but sometimes see others who are also great. I received the card in the mail weeks ago to schedule my yearly which is due in September, so I called as soon as I got it. Always a pain to reach someone but that’s fine, I understand it’s understaffed and everything. I was treated horribly by both the nuvance fiskill office and Hopewell. Dr Sanders off ice in Hopewell Junction First : I'm special person with a acute heart contion. At the 200 westage Fishkill office with Nurse Practioner and staff back July . I was given 2:00pm office appointment. I hate afternoons I like to go in mornings. Its ver hot in the afternoon.
