Juannie at the front desk was so nice and patient. Also seen the midwife Shelly Renée say she was wonderful
Officially leaving this office so I can be 100% honest. Here is a summary of my experience here for the last 2 and a half years. During that time I’ve been seen in the office for a pregnancy and a chronic health issue. If you need prenatal care and you have the most ideal circumstances (not high risk, generally easy pregnancy) this place isn’t terrible. I’m SO unimpressed with Nuvance. Back end/billing completely incompetent. They are unable to bill insurance correctly.
The staff are very enthusiastic and patient, and the doctors are also very cautious. They make me feel at ease, tells me the next steps, and listen to my questions very patiently.
I've had a few bad experiences with this practice. If you can go elsewhere, I definitely recommend it.
