If I could give zero stars I would. My mother in law had a stroke a month ago, was seen in VBMC by Dr. Regina. Follow up appointment scheduled for 2 months from date of stroke. We called requesting homecare orders. What an absolute nightmare. To spare details, first was told no problem we will take care of it, now 2 weeks later they will not write the orders due to patient not being seen. Like the rest of the Hudson Valley, this institution does not have the resources, compassion, or tact, to help those in need of help.
If you are not the type of person that is able to advocate for yourself find somewhere else to go. The neurologist I saw was so focused on the central nervous system he diagnosed me with a psychological condition. After I gave up on Nuvance months later and found my own specialists answers were provided with the first set of blood tests.
Dr. Kumar is very knowledgeable and thorough. She is also very patient and kind. She has provided me help already as well as a good course of action for migraines. All of the the support staff are friendly and very helpful. The wait time is very minimal. No complaints. I definitely recommend this practice. The parking situation is great too.
