Was told by Staff when trying to book an appointment they do not Have a workman's comp. certified doctor. When I checked the workers comp database they have certified doctor with availability within 2 days.

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother in law had a stroke a month ago, was seen in VBMC by Dr. Regina. Follow up appointment scheduled for 2 months from date of stroke. We called requesting homecare orders. What an absolute nightmare. To spare details, first was told no problem we will take care of it, now 2 weeks later they will not write the orders due to patient not being seen.
