I was booked out 3 months in advance with Nuvance Health Medical Practice - Neurology Danbury due to extreme migraines I've been having for some months now. The receptionist Christina called me 4 days before my scheduled appointment to tell me that it was improperly booked and the next available appointment is 7 months from now. They have their administrators improperly booking patients in need of medical examinations. They are unprofessional and unorganized here.
This office is extremely frustrating and infuriating to navigate. Even simple tasks, like calling in a prescription, require multiple calls to the office. This can lead to missing your medications, even if you call several weeks in advance. It is exasperating and shows a complete lack of competence.
