Making an appointment with this facility is a joke . You will be on dialysis before they get to you .
I have been a patient of the Nuvance nephrology practice for 4 years. This morning I had the best customer service at a doctors office ever! Jennifer was fantastic while checking me in. Patient, professional, answered my questions and provided additional helpful information without being asked. The best Nuvance experience I have had for 20 years
I just called and was on hold for 35 minutes. Then, they hung up without answering. This seems to be widespread among Nuvance offices. You could literally die waiting. The office is notoriously awful. And it doesn't seem to improve.
Excellent quality care
I love my nephrologist, Dr. Lisawat. He has provided great care for me. The one star review is related to the office staff. I have been with this practice since 2013 and have experienced incompetence that I feel has jeopardized my care. If there was another office in Danbury providing nephrology care I would switch to that.
