My husband is currently in Vassar hospital, I receive a call from a female Dr. Books. She identified herself and says "your husbands cancer isn't curable, do you have any questions for me? " The matter of fact tone, lacking ANY compassion is appalling. She is a disgrace to cancer treatment. Then she says "you need to make an appointment with my office, not with me but someone" This woman needs to find another occupation...sadly Oncology is where the $$$ is. I was treated with the upmost respect while I was getting radiation treatment by Dr. pop, and his crew

My Mom just recently found out she has lung cancer. I was very disappointed coming here both times with her due to the way the employees talk to the public. A woman named Deb from oncology on the first floor was exceptionally rude and unprofessional to my 78 year old grandmother. When addressed about the way she spoke to her she laughed in my face and refused to give me her name.
