The worst front desk experience i have ever had. I contacted this office a day before my appointment & confirmed my appt was set & all records were received. When i got to my appt they told me that they rescheduled me (without me knowing) for two weeks out from my original date even after confirming the day before. Today, I received a call from Jeremy C. Minor, LPN who was assigned to speak on behalf of Dr. Choi regarding my medical condition. I could not have been more disappointed. I disliked his disposition and found him to be an utter disgrace. His tone was condescending and he was hell-bent on casting the blame and shame on me. He obviously did not have any experience exercising care and compassion like a REAL LPN… I am not sure how he acquired his credentials because he was surely incompetent to me! I had a bad injury to my leg that developed a blood clot and this place couldn't help me at all. One day I was actually told the day of my appointment that the ultra sound machine is down and they'll call me back when it was fixed. A lot of employees are lazy and have horrible attitudes. 1 out of 3 may do their job.

I had my gallbladder removed with Dr.Thomas and all of the staff from the moment you walk into the building were so caring and compassionate. They explain everything in detail so you can visualize what’s going on as well. The hospital staff the day of surgery were also great!
