I had a set of Full-term twins there (40 weeks) weighing in at over seven pounds each. Identical Boys!! My second born twin son died at 2 days old of a severe brain injury caused during the birth. Brain Injury was the term used by the doctor's and nurses at UConn where he was transported after his horrific birth. Cause of death per autopsy "severe neonatal asphyxia" Dr. Schnurr refused to perform a C-section which was obviously necessary. shame on this hospital. I picked up my friend on Monday who is elderly and you all sent her home with a kidney issue and with a catheter. She is blind and she ended up falling and she went back to the ER yesterday. She tripped on it because she is blind. Hospitals like this should not be in business.
RecommendedI received excellent care from bright, caring doctors, nurses, and nurses’ aides! They were at my bedside before I had a chance to ring the bell.
My husband needs an ultrasound. On the phone I was told that I could go in with him. Well now they are telling me to wait in the car. It's cold and rainy outside. Hopefully this is quick, because I'm wasting time and gas. They woman at the front desk was rude and getting an appointment was almost impossible. I can't wait to see the process when getting the results. I do not recommend DRA Imaging.
RecommendedI knew from the start that I was in good hands, when I was admitted to your Behavioral Unit on February 21, 2020. The work ethic shown by your staff to everyone in the unit will always be on my mind. In my patient survey, I listed a few names that came to my mind; but there are many who I now remember. A special thank you to Gina who greeted me on the 21st and on my discharge, wheeled me out to my daughter’s car. With all the nurses and tech staff, you all are a true blessing. ❤️❤️
Horrible experience for the man I take care of he was on med surge they never got him out of bed to chair unexplained blisters on his left upper arm , never moved his bowels while he was there and nurse was informed of this nurse told wife on day of d/c when she asked about bowels they told her to handle it at home they were rude to the wife and never sent his belongings home when I called about it no one returned my call safe staffing saves lives Healthquest should be ashamed of themselves
