I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve always been terrified of doctors, so I hesitated making the appointment. But from the second I walked in the building I was treated with the utmost respect and care. Both Dr. Anderson and her assistant treated me so kindly. There was no judgement, no rush and no rudeness. Just back from my annual mammogram. Although I did have a bit of a wait, it was not prohibitively long. Karen, the radiology tech, was extremely friendly and efficient. I have been coming to the Dyson Center for a number of years and am always treated extremely well.
Everyone in Dr. Boolbol's practice was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and comforting. Kaylee and the other women at the front desk who helped me schedule appointments were so warm and patient. NP Samantha Arlow ensured my first exam was comfortable and answered countless questions. PA Niki Demos continuously checked in with me whenever she had a chance. If you have a check in time bring a drink and something to eat. 1st time I waited 1 hour, 2nd time Check in time 11:15 didn't get in until 1pm. I feel for the medical tech's both times it was a rush job. I won't be coming back. Either there is not enough staff or they are squeezing in as many as possible.
