Words cannot describe what an amazing office this is. Dr. Heller is one of the most competent, knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring doctors I have ever met. I had a scary first half of this pregnancy, and I felt like I was in such good hands once I started seeing her. I wish more doctors had both her knowledge and bedside manner! Nicole and Barbara, who do the ultrasounds, are also both extremely knowledgeable - they've been doing this for decades - and so warm and reassuring. I was really very nervous about coming here after reading some crappy reviews. WHAT are these people talking about??? I walk into the waiting area and I never wait more than 5 minutes, the techs in the back are SO helpful and extremely kind, the doctor I’ve been with(Dr Heller) is so thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve not had a single bad experience and it makes me feel better knowing that they seem to genuinely care.
The old nurse is really bitchy. They make you wait forever they are rude dismissive. It’s ridiculous how they treat people who are pregnant with high risk pregnancy. Do better.
Go anywhere else, they will treat you like garbage!!!!
