I was there today for a an ECT and a nissanogram because I'm having a knee replace in a couple of weeks I had to wait 2 hours for my sonogram after I had my CT. I should have never have had to wait that long That was just unacceptable. I'm sure they'll see this and look back at the records and know who I was.
Putnam country radiology department caused permanent damage and pain to my arm with IV Contrast Extravasation. While inserting the IV I complained about pain and burning the technician was not in the vein causing my body to go into shock and black out. After resuscitating me they still proceeded to use that IV port and cause all of the contrast to be injected into the soft tissue of my arm swelling it like a football. (There was no contrast present on CT images meaning all the fluid went into my skin not my vein)
I had my last 2 mammograms and several ultrasounds at that place. I can only say nice things about them. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional, I never had to wait too long. And I felt very welcomed
