I had positive experiences two days in a row with radiology. I didn't think the wait was unreasonable. The imaging staff was very nice. The 2nd day I called at 450 after leaving my doctors office for an imaging appointment and i got an appointment for 530 same day. I was surprised given my past experiences with other practice. 2-19-26: I am revising my review. Had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. Scheduled 6 months ago. From scheduling, to check in, to my procedure the process was easy and the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. I think a late appointment for radiology services was the way to go. There were very few people in the building and no wait time at all.
Avoid if you have a high deductible and will be responsible for any portion of the bill. They charged me for two separate ultrasounds - even though I only had one performed. I attempted to dispute the claim and they are refusing to change the bill so now I have to deal with submitting an appeal with my insurance company. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I had the same ultrasound performed a few weeks later at River Radiology and it cost me SIGNIFICANTLY less money. I wish I avoided Nuvance Radiology from the beginning.
Clean, modern facility with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff.
