My daughter needed imaging done here. She was nervous but they did a great job helping her through the process and being accommodating. She left happy and would definitely return here for imaging.

Do not go there unless you want to be talked to by a robotic person who has zero compassion. I am pregnant and was very much looking forward to getting my first ultrasound but after a very negative experience at the front desk, we will reschedule that ultrasound somewhere else. The staff obviously hates being there and doesn't care about their patients. It's hands down the worst medical experience I've had. No bedside manners at all.

The scheduling staff could not be kinder or lovelier to work with. Connie in particular is an absolute delight. The techs in their imagining centers, both in Kingston and at Vassar, have all been very gentle, sweet and welcoming. I cannot recommend this practice more and am so grateful for them ETA: I just had a terrible call w the scheduling department - the woman (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) was short, curt, rude and so far from helpful I hung up and cried. My experience here has been mixed. Mammography and ultrasounds are great. My experience with MRI, however, was just short of traumatic. Despite it being my first time, they did took very little care to prepare me for the experience and showed no bedside manner. I completely felt like a number. Will be going elsewhere in the future.
