Lady at the desk was incredibly rude to me saying she didn't think she would have time for me (I was the only one there). Gentleman comes in after me, says "oops gonna have to bump you" has me take a seat, she's laughing with him, very cordial, has him sign in (didn't even tell me to sign in) then takes him immediately. Very cold, and outdated place. No windows. No friendliness. Optum is a much better place to get bloodwork done.
Excellent service. Staff very polite, efficient and very competent. Special thanks to Doreen. Asked the right questions. I had a 11:30AM appointment and my script was for many items including lipid profile. Doreen checked to see if I had breakfast and was pleased and surprised with my answer. I fasted since supper 7:00 PM the previous day. Definitely the right place for blood work.
Thank you so much to Maria and Christopher Sandino for their amazing customer service and taking my call today when it came to the horrible front desk service my fiancé experienced, not only did Maria get me to Christopher quickly without having a long wait time but Christopher was absolutely amazing and was able to help him get his labs done after him being turned away 2 times prior by the front desk! If you ever need someone who’s great at their job it’s the both of them!
