I had presurgical bloodwork performed and absolutely loved the phlebotomist, she was kind and it was super quick. I unfortunately did not catch her name. Yesterday I had follow up blood work - when I was en route I was caught up in heavy construction traffic on 308 and unfortunately was a whole 15 min late. As I walked in, they were closing the doors. Went for a blood draw, terrible experience, first offered an in experienced person whom had been there 11 months, second person 2 years, asked she not used high gage needle, as had MRI with contrast following day, thus use of same vein, she said based on possibility of vein rolling, explained it never had, she used it, I should not have let her, bled through cotton & tape, onto sweater, you know who you are.
