Took forever to get the car back. Transmission lines were put back on with regular hose clamps and have came off several times damaging transmission. They said they would take care of it and would be calling back but never did. If they would have took care of it in the beginning it wouldn't have been an issue. Our only solution now is small claims court.
Pick somewhere else. Took nearly a year to get my car back and there were still a few small things completely overlooked. I was told they would order the parts but never heard back. Really not a professional look to leave a prop rod hanging inches from the radiator fan because the retaining clip was never reinstalled. So far I've found half a dozen other missing fasteners that I'll just replace myself at this point since I've not heard a word from the shop.
My daughter had some body work done on her Kia today and they fixed it and beat the local competitors prices by $2000. PLUS cleaned the outside and inside of her car before she picked it up! Super friendly, professional, and timely!
I typically use this establishment when I’m needing bodywork done on a vehicle. This last time using them didn’t go well due to the fact that the owner told me my wheel replacement was ordered for my vehicle, When indeed it was not. It’s been about 5 months now & I’m still without the wheel i was told was unrepairable. After several attempts to reach out to this establishment, still nothing has been done about it. Great service, amazed on how quick the truck was repaired. Staff were very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing work done.
