Chuck Nutter has been the kindest provider of amazing customer service. In addition to providing top quality work it is done with a huge heart! We will never be able to thank him adequately for the care and service he has provided to our family at a time when health required changes to the house be made quickly . The small town attitude of care for his customers is a bright light in today's busy world . There just aren't words to say how much we thank you.
Long story short, we rented a piece of equipment from them this weekend, order of equipment got changed and they bent over backwards to get us the piece of equipment that we needed. Job was a success. Staff is as friendly as a stranger in Mayberry.. Wish they were in Akron, top notch people!
Thanks, Chuck, for opening this store. After Zettler moved out of Kingsdale, we in the community endured decades without a nearby hardware store. (It was hell sometimes, I tell ya.) You guys have come through for me 99% of the time. And I am really starting to appreciate your rental center. Keep up the good work.
