I take my lawn mower and snow blower here every year for maintenance. I always get the best customer service . Devon knows me by name and always helps me out. Last night I checked my snow blower and it wouldn’t start. I stopped over and DEVON and JAKE stopped what they were doing and quickly got it up and going in light of the upcoming weekend snow. Just good old fashioned customer service. I can’t say thank you enough!
Came in today to have some paint stirred and buy some painting and picture hanging supplies. Was told they do not stir paint bought at other stores - even though my paint & cans are Benjamin Moore just like they sell at Nutter. Asked twice but they would not help me out - so much for being the helpful place. Ended up going to Beechwold Ace Hardware and they were extremely helpful and prices there were lower. If your looking for a specific item they will have it. I don't like waiting for a delivery. I support local businesses if possible. They carry old school mouse traps. Couldn't find them anywhere. Ace carries them. Problem solved. Very small store. Great selection of items.
Very poor business practices here. Do not recommend this place at all for any reason. I took my purchase to the register where they tried to charge me double what was listed as the price on the tag on the shelf. They refused to give me the advertised price stating they would not reduce the price because the tag was wrong. I walked out without the item. I will take my business elsewhere. I advise everyone to do the same!!!
I had to bring my Ego mower here for a repair under warranty. The wait time of 4-6 weeks was longer than I had hoped, but it is reasonable considering that the only certified Ego mechanic in the area is here. Dropping off the mower was a quick and easy process, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering the wait time, i was pleasantly surprised to learn that they have a free Ego loaner program that provides a rental for 3 hours at a time by appointment during the repair process.
