Tried to bill me for giving me an estimate for replacing 4 soffits. Seriously? Who charges for estimates since the '70's? Also wanted a new ice maker installed. That tech said it was the solenoid that needed replacement. That would be a 2 day wait for parts and $275. I called another company that repaired my washer and dryer. It's tech came out and replaced the ice maker (just as I told Nutter!!!!) and it works FINE! I sent a very well written letter to Nutter with copies of the bill for the ice maker replacement AND a copy ... read more
