Very Helpful Had instruction on using the long arm from Sarah. She was wonderful, very patient, and kind, and knowledgeable. I can call anytime and go back for more instructions. Glad I purchased my long arm from them.
Serger Help Lindsey was wonderful. My serger had just come back from being serviced minus the foot pedal. She searched diligently until she found it and then spent time showing me how to thread my machine. She tested it on thick fabric as well as a piece of stretchy Jersey knit to make sure it worked properly on thick and thin. She then carried it out to the car for me. Thanks, Lindsey, for the great service!
